Kevin Matocha is the Founder and CEO of Stonehenge Companies, LLC and all of its subsidiaries. Stonehenge offers a vast array of Real-Estate experience.

In 1989 was recruited to join Allright Corporation based in Houston, Texas where he served a successful ten‐year career, being promoted to Vice President of the corporation. During this time he was directly involved in numerous commercial developments ranging from parking structures, retail high-rise, residential and the structuring of partnership arrangements to acquire properties throughout the southwest. During his successful tenure with the company, Mr. Matocha located and or negotiated and acquired some 10 million sq. ft. of C.B.D. real estate. He sought to broaden his experience and was recruited to serve as Regional Manager of Real Estate for Extended Stay America, a Wayne Huzienga company, now the largest provider of extended stay lodging in North America. During this time he located, negotiated, acquired and developed some $270,000,000 in suburban and inner city hotel development. During this tenure at ESA, Mr. Matocha received numerous outstanding achievement awards and was the first to work in partnership with the City of Kansas City to offer tax increment financing for development of a fast paced roll out. He successfully designed a revised prototype, reviewed market data and development numerous facilities for the company while reducing development costs and enhancing the company’s brand image by locating and acquiring in excess of $15,000,000 of prime, high-end retail sites while producing a structure with increased curb appeal and added long term value.

Mr. Matocha has over twenty years of development experience in the fields of parking, Municipality and Academic as well as commercial properties, many of these through capital-lease financing structures.

Andrew A. Schatte has 37 years public and private sector experience in real estate acquisition, management, development, and construction in projects valued in excess $350,000,000 ranging from Federal Government projects to County Government projects as well as private sector developments. Mr. Schatte is experienced in building strategic teams and profitable operating companies and has served in multiple capacities including development principal, investor and financial intermediary in a cross section of real estate market sectors since 1976. With a focus on strategic visioning and consensus building in the development of public private partnerships, his experience spans many years working with governmental entities as well as the private sector in commercial and residential development projects, technology centers, government office buildings, educational facilities, alternative education, and college campuses.

After graduating Texas A&M University in 1970, Mr. Schatte served six years as a pilot with the United States Airforce. In 1976, he formed Universal Services Corporation, taking it public in 1988 through a merger with Team, Inc. a NYSE company, where he served on the board of directors for three years. In 1991, Mr. Schatte left Team to form a series of successful business enterprises from manufacturing to real estate. He is currently Vice President of Stonehenge Holdings, LLC.

Andrew Schatte’s accrued development expertise has enabled him to assemble and execute strategic public and private commercial development projects that maximize value and return for business owners and equity partners alike. His ability to pinpoint the key issues in a deal and to work through those issues in a way that is agreeable and beneficial to all parties involved is a recurring theme in transactions in which he is involved. As a longtime real estate developer and investor, Mr. Schatte believes in the value of long-term relationships and that fair business dealings lead to repeat business. By employing this philosophy, he has developed long-standing relationships with investors, financial institutions, and brokers as well as some of the most respected architects, engineers, and contractors facilitating design and construction across the United States.
